Trump - The Art of the Deal  Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons in exchange for security guarantees from us - we promised to assist them if they came under nuclear attack or threat  Putin has clearly threatened Ukraine and the West with nuclear "consequences"  While creating understandable fear, and caution, those same threats also obligate us to assist Ukraine  It's not just about Ukraine. It's about us, and whether we stand by the commitments we've made  World peace may be at stake. Expansion by conquest must be resisted, peaceful progress encouraged  Our credibility to stop the spread of nuclear weapons will be reduced to nothing if we allow a country that voluntarily gave up its nuclear arsenal to be destroyed after we promised to help them  We must do more to help Ukraine!  Appeasement failed to stop World War II  Weak, half-hearted and unreliable support for Ukraine is a new kind of modern appeasement  Appeasement will fail today just as it did in World War II  To maintain peace, we must do the hard work of resisting dictators now, before it is too late  Air superiority is the key to victory in modern war  Ukraine has survived so far by preventing Russia from achieving air superiority  Russia is building up the resources - just as the Soviet Union did during World War II - and correcting its early mistakes to establish air superiority and conquer Ukraine  Defeatists don't understand or don't want to provide what Ukraine needs to win  Large scale, smart air power support is essential to help Ukraine win  Ukraine has had a long and difficult path to democracy and freedom  In the Maidan Revolution of Dignity in 2013, the Ukrainian people demanded democracy and an end to corruption  Government forces controlled by the corrupt Putin-allied Yanukovych used violence to try and stop the protests, killing at least 68 people  Ukrainians protested, died and are now fighting on the front line of freedom and democracy  How to fight terrorists - whether on the ground or from the sky  Clear, hold, build: protect and rebuild cleared and free areas of Ukraine - and keep them that way  Much more air defense needed to protect Ukraine  Better protect core areas, then rebuild and expand  A-10: the plane that helped win the Cold War  A-10s in Europe helped successfully deter the Soviet Union - an adversary with many more tanks and much more conventional military power than NATO  A-10: tough, proven battlefield survivor  A-10: the flying tank killer  Mothballed A-10s could be used to help Ukraine  Today's attacks on Ukrainian language, culture and identity are the latest in a centuries long struggle  The Holodomor man-made famine, and the purges that accompanied it, tried to destroy the will and capacity of the Ukrainian people for independence and self government  Russia has used corruption and other Soviet dictatorship legacies to attack Ukraine  A new generation of Ukrainians is fighting for a better future for their country
