The Russians are so nice!

One of my men, now assigned to another unit, and the best friend I have made here - a Brit, as is perhaps obvious from his voice - sent this. The Russians must really secretly like us, since they are giving us so much stuff. We like them, too, and are going to give quite a bit of it back, bullet by bullet.

They were also nice enough to leave three BMP's, a BTR (these are varieties of armored personnel carrier) and enough tanks that when the guys from his unit got there, they thought that there are sufficient tanks for everyone! No more Ladas (the Soviet era cars that are ubiquitous here).

Those kind fellows.
